VMware Converter 3 RTM!

How about another migration tool in the virtual machine converter space, this time round from VMware? RTM status has been announced for VMware Converter 3 and it comes in 2 editions: the free VMware Converter Starter and VMware Converter Enterprise.
Besides cost, some other feature differences include technical support, cold cloning, remote conversion constraint, manageability and the limit on the number of VMs that can be converted simultaneously, from Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) or Virtual-to-Virtual (V2V) to the VMware virtual machines format. The source can come from physical machines, other virtual machine formats or third-party image formats. More info available here.
